Arvydas Sabonis had a short, yet prolific, NBA career as he did not come into the league until he was 31 years old. Sabonis had an immediate impact as starting center for the Portland Trail Blazers and would go on to average 12 points and 7.3 rebound per game in his career.

Sabonis should have been an All-Star for the 1997-98 season as he averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds and three assists per game.
