FIBA MVP Ricky Rubio Leads Spain To Win Over Argentina In World Cup Final

Spain defeated Argentina 95-75 to win the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

Ricky Rubio, awarded the tournament MVP, scored 20 points. Marc Gasol added 14 points on his way to becoming the second player to win a NBA Title and a FIBA Gold Medal in the same year.

Gabriel Deck lead Argentina with 24 points.

Rubio, Gasol, Luis Scola, Evan Fournier, and Bogdan Bogdanovic were chosen to the all-tourney team.

Ricky Rubio is a professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association. Rubio became the youngest player ever to play in the Spanish ACB League on October 15, 2005, at age 14.
