Although the Warriors had a historic 3 year run with Kevin Durant, Steve Kerr claims KD wasn’t satisfied.

Seems hard to believe, but true.

Kevin Durant left OKC to join a championship team and won 2 titles and would have likely 3-peated if he had not suffered a torn Achilles in last NBA Finals against Kawhi & the Raptors. The Golden State Warriors had everything Kevin Durant wanted at the time when he joined in 2016. The championship structure, multiple all-stars, and an offense that thrived off ball movement. So, what went wrong?

According to Steve Kerr, Kevin Durant was not fulfilled by his success in Golden State.

Steve Kerr revealed on Bill Simmons’ The Book of Basketball 2.0 podcast that Kevin Durant felt he never quite got the recognition and praised he deserved after beating LeBron James in the NBA Finals.
