According to Steph, his training includes simulating an overwhelming in-game experience, so the real game feels slower. This makes it easier for Steph to make key decisions and shoot with accuracy on a dime.
Steph also explained that his training called “’neurocognitive efficiency’, has helped him hone in on his creativity and give him more control while on the court.”
Basically, he hacked his nervous system to become a point-god and sharpshooter.
