To cap everything off, James has a nice glass of red wine before he goes to bed. Although he’s not the Laker named, “Vino,” he most certainly drinks the most of it.

Although James eats more times in a day than most people eat in a week, he keeps a clean and healthy diet.

At one point, James went nine weeks without sugar, dairy, or carbs to cut off weight during the off-season.


James remains an elite physical specimen. When you combine his workout routine with his diet, it’s hard to believe that James will do anything other than play basketball for years to come.
